Sister Study - The sister study aims to identify environmental risks and genetic causes of breast cancer by studying 50,000 US women from various backgrounds who have had a sister with breast cancer. The women will be followed for 10 years or more. We will also study risk factors for other diseases important to women including heart disease, osteoporosis, and other types of cancers.
